Job Responsibilities:

• Drive implementation of academic programs across assigned schools

• Ensure effective usage and adoption of SpeEdLabs solutions by teachers and students

• Conduct regular teacher training sessions and academic workshops

• Monitor student performance and provide data-driven insights for improvement

• Work closely with school leadership to improve academic outcomes

• Track program effectiveness and share periodic reports

• Travel within the assigned region for school visits, training, and support (15–20 days per month)

Requirements:

• Bachelor's/Master's degree in Education or relevant field

• 2–5 years of experience in teaching, academic coordination, or EdTech

• Strong communication and presentation skills

• Ability to train and mentor teachers

• Comfortable with data analysis and basic Excel usage

• Willingness to travel frequently within the assigned region

• Self-driven and problem-solving mindset
