Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in New Delhi for an Academic Counsellor. The Academic Counsellor will provide guidance and support to students, helping them select appropriate courses and career pathways aligned with their goals. Additional responsibilities include conducting student counseling sessions, maintaining records, coordinating with the training team, and addressing inquiries. The role also involves reaching out to potential students, providing information about training programs, and assisting them in the enrollment process.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to guide, motivate, and counsel students effectively
• Basic understanding of IT training programs and career paths in the IT industry
• Proficient in time management and organizational skills
• Proficiency in MS Office tools for maintaining records and preparing reports
• Positive attitude with the ability to work both independently and as part of a team
• Previous experience in academic counseling or a similar role is a plus
• Bachelor's degree or higher in any discipline, preferably in education, counseling, or related fields
