Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Academic Counselor focused on MBA/PGDM programs, based in Jaipur. Responsibilities include guiding prospective students through the enrollment process, offering academic and career counseling, and understanding their unique needs to recommend the best programs. The counselor will also assist with resolving student queries, ensuring a smooth onboarding process, and supporting overall academic success.

Qualifications

• Expertise in Student Counseling and Career Counseling to guide students in their academic and professional decisions
• Strong Communication and interpersonal skills to effectively connect with students and address their concerns
• Proficiency in Academic Advising and understanding the education system to provide tailored guidance
• Experience in the education sector or a strong understanding of postgraduate programs, particularly MBA/PGDM
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team and deliver results in a dynamic environment
• Bachelor's degree in Education, Counseling, Business, or a related field; a Master's degree is a plus

Salary: Rs.40,000 to Rs.60,000- P/M depending on the experience and communication.
