Key Responsibilities

• Connect with prospective parents via calls, WhatsApp, SMS & emails

• Counsel parents on course offerings and learning outcomes

• Build strong relationships with new and existing clients

• Maintain accurate client data in CRM

• Conduct live video counseling sessions with parents

• Achieve and exceed weekly sales targets

• Collaborate with internal teams to drive growth initiatives

• Excellent verbal & written communication skills
