Key Responsibilities
- Counsel students and parents about courses, admissions, and career options.
- Understand student requirements and recommend the right program.
- Handle inbound & outbound calls, follow-ups, and walk-ins.
- Maintain leads, inquiries, and conversion data in CRM.
- Achieve admission and revenue targets.
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth enrollment.
- Build strong relationships with students for referrals and repeat admissions.
Requirements
- Graduate in any discipline.
- Good communication & convincing skills.
- Sales or counseling background is a plus.
- Comfortable with target-driven work.
- Basic computer knowledge.
