Academic Counselor

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement destination-based office business plans.
• Utilize forecasting methodologies to deliver accurate, timely pipeline forecasts.
• Foster a strong sales and service culture within the organization.
• Counsel students for IIT-JEE | NEET programs by Unacademy Offline Centre.
• Monitor performance, report regularly, and initiate corrective actions when necessary.
• Design and implement strategies to achieve sales objectives.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
• Familiarity with IIT-JEE and NEET programs.
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets
• 1-2 years of counseling experience, preferably in the education sector.
• Strong problem-solving and resolution skills.
• Experience in creating business plans and monitoring progress.
• Proven track record of achieving results.
• Experience with CRM systems is an advantage.
• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
• A strong ethical mindset, with integrity and dedication to the organizations mission
