Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role located in Indore for an Academic Counselor. The Academic Counselor will be responsible for providing personalized academic and career counseling to students, guiding them to identify and pursue their academic goals, and assisting with course selection. The role also involves actively engaging with students, addressing their concerns, and supporting their overall learning journey to ensure personal and academic growth. The counselor will collaborate with educators and parents to facilitate students success and satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Experience in student counseling, career counseling, and academic advising
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Background in education or related field
- Excellent problem-solving and organizational abilities
- Ability to work collaboratively with students, parents, and educators to create supportive learning environments
- Proficiency in local educational systems and career opportunities is a plus
- Graduate degree in Counseling, Education, or a related field preferred
