Academic Counselor Test Prep

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Academic Counselor for our Test Prep business. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of JEE/NEET preparation programs, excellent communication skills, and the ability to drive the complete sales cycle through effective counseling and engagement with students and parents.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct cold calls to prospective students and parents.
• Handle inbound and outbound calls to counsel students for JEE/NEET programs.
• Provide accurate information about courses, fees, programs, and academic offerings.
• Manage the end-to-end sales cycle, from lead engagement to admission conversion.
• Achieve weekly and monthly sales targets.
• Follow up consistently with prospective leads to maximize admissions.
• Maintain accurate documentation of leads, follow-ups, and conversions.
• Prepare and share daily and weekly sales reports with the Team Leader.
• Assist students and parents in making informed academic and career decisions.

Requirements:

• Laptop is mandatory.
• Strong knowledge of JEE/NEET curriculum and student requirements.
• Excellent communication skills; regional language and English proficiency preferred.
• Strong negotiation, persuasion, and lead-conversion skills.
• Prior experience in end-to-end sales; experience in the education industry is preferred.
• Ability to work effectively in a target-driven environment.
• Good organizational, follow-up, and reporting skills.
• Comfortable working 6 days a week and in a fast-paced sales environment.
