Role Overview:
We are looking for energetic and enthusiastic Academic Counselors / Telecallers who can handle student inquiries,
explain our training programs, and help convert leads into admissions.
Key Responsibilities:
Make calls to leads who have shown interest in IT training courses.
Clearly explain course details, structure, and career benefits.
Schedule demo classes and counseling sessions.
Follow up regularly and maintain lead records (Excel/CRM).
Meet monthly targets for admissions.
Maintain a professional, friendly, and supportive tone with all students.
Coordinate with the trainers and placement team for smooth onboarding.
Requirements:
Strong communication skills in English & Tamil.
Good convincing and listening ability.
Basic computer knowledge (Excel, WhatsApp, Google Sheets).
Previous experience in telecalling / student counseling / EdTech sales is preferred.
Freshers with good communication are welcome.
Working Days & Time:
Monday to Saturday (Sunday Holiday)
Timing: 9:30 AM 6:30 PM
