We are seeking for a motivated and result-driven Academic Counselor to help grow our training institute. The role involves speaking with students, explaining our courses, and converting them into enrollments.
Key Responsibilities
- Make 80100 calls daily to interested students
- Explain courses and guide students based on their career goals
- Convert leads into paid enrollments (high-value courses above 50,000)
- Achieve weekly and monthly sales targets
- Follow up regularly with interested students
- Update all details in the CRM system
Requirements
- Minimum 1+ year experience in EdTech sales or phone-based sales
- Strong communication and convincing skills
- Ability to handle targets and work under pressure
- Fluent in Malayalam and basic English
- Good at building rapport with students over calls
- Willing to work on weekends (compensatory off provided)
