Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced Student Counsellor to guide students in making informed
decisions about their education and career paths, both in India and abroad. The candidate
should be able to assess student needs and provide structured guidance aligned with current
industry and academic trends.
Key Responsibilities
Provide one-on-one counselling to students on academic and career opportunities (domestic
and international)
Assess student profiles and recommend suitable courses, colleges, and career paths
Guide students through admission processes, documentation, and application procedures
Support students in selecting appropriate study destinations based on their goals and
eligibility
Stay updated on education trends, universities, visa processes, and related policies
Conduct career guidance sessions, seminars, and workshops for students and parents
Maintain proper records of student interactions and follow-ups
Coordinate with internal teams for seamless student support and placement processes
Key Requirements
Minimum 3+ years of experience in student counselling or education consulting
Certification in career counselling or student guidance is mandatory
Strong knowledge of domestic and international education systems
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to handle students and parents with professionalism and empathy
Strong organizational and follow-up skills
Preferred Skills
Experience in study abroad counselling
Knowledge of visa processes and documentation
Experience in conducting seminars and engagement activities
