Academic Counselor

Role Description

We are seeking an Academic Counselor for a full-time, on-site position in our Noida office. The Academic Counselor will guide students in selecting suitable courses, provide career counseling, and offer academic advising. Responsibilities include understanding the students aspirations, providing clear and detailed information on our programs, conducting initial assessments, and maintaining ongoing communication to support students throughout their educational journey.

Qualifications

* Pitch and promote IT training and certification courses such as SAP, Salesforce, Oracle, 

Microsoft Dynamics, Workday, and other IT programs 

* Counsel students and working professionals on suitable IT career paths and training options 

* Handle inbound and outbound leads through calls, WhatsApp, and emails 

* Understand learner requirements and map them with appropriate IT courses 

* Effectively explain course curriculum, certifications, career outcomes, and placement support 

* Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly enrolment and revenue targets 

* Handle objections related to course fees, duration, and career outcomes and close enrollments 

* Maintain accurate records of calls, follow-ups, and conversions in CRM 

* Coordinate with internal academic and operations teams for smooth student onboarding
