Academic Counselor

• 0–1 year of experience in EdTech, Academic Counseling, Sales, Customer Support, or Student Relations preferred

We are looking for passionate and energetic Academic Counselors who can guide students toward the right learning path and help them build a successful career. This role is ideal for candidates who enjoy interacting with students, motivating learners, and working in a fast-growing learning ecosystem.

• Counsel students and parents regarding courses, career opportunities, and learning programs
• Understand student requirements and suggest suitable learning solutions
• Follow up with leads through calls, WhatsApp, email, and meetings
• Maintain proper student communication and relationship management
• Convert inquiries into admissions through effective counseling
• Explain course details, fee structure, and program benefits clearly
• Support students throughout the enrollment process
• Maintain daily reports, follow-up updates, and CRM records
• Coordinate with academic and operations teams for smooth onboarding
• Achieve assigned counseling and admission targets
• Build trust and create a positive learning experience for students

• Good communication skills in English and Malayalam
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel, Google Sheets, and CRM tools is an advantage
• Confidence in speaking with students and parents
• Strong follow-up and convincing skills
• Team player with professional discipline
• Passion for education, learning, and student growth

• Any Degree / Plus Two with good communication skills
• Freshers with strong communication and learning mindset are encouraged to apply
• Candidates with EdTech or counseling experience will have added advantage
