Job Title: Academic Sales Counselor

Sales Product: Seeling UG/PG Courses on Online Mode like online mba, Online BBA for NMIMS University

Location: Gurgaon

Timing: 10:00 AM - 06:30 PM

Days: Monday to Saturday

Schedule: Day shift, Fixed shift

Supplemental Pay: Performance bonus

Work Location: In person

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Academic Counsellor who can guide students in selecting the right course (ONLINE MBA) and assist them throughout the admission process. The candidate should have strong communication and counselling skills with a passion for education.

Edugrad is looking for an Academic Counselor who can assist students and parents in making informed decisions about academic and career choices. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, fluency in English, and a college graduation degree. The candidate must be comfortable working in a fast-paced, results-driven environment and be able to multitask.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide telephonic counseling to students and parents on academic and career choices. Generating leads through Cold Calling Understand and explain the academic programs offered by People Smart and its benefits. Guide students in selecting appropriate courses based on their interests and goals. Provide information about admission procedures, eligibility criteria, fees, and scholarships. Address students concerns and provide timely solutions. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of student interactions and counseling sessions. Collaborate with other teams to ensure a seamless student experience.

Requirements:

A Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.

Previous experience in academic counseling or related field is preferred.

Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with students and parents. Good organizational and multitasking abilities.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Familiarity with MS Office and database management.

Willingness to work in a fast-paced and results-driven environment.

Familiarity with online counseling platforms (desirable)
