This is a full-time, on-site role located in Noida for an Academic Counsellor. The Academic Counsellor will assist students in identifying suitable academic pathways, specifically managing guidance for those looking to study MBBS abroad. Responsibilities include counseling students, discussing academic and career aspirations, providing tailored advice for university selection, and offering ongoing support throughout the admission and enrollment process. The role requires coordination with students, parents, and partner universities, as well as maintaining accurate records and meeting organizational objectives.

• Expertise in Student Counseling and Career Counseling, with the ability to guide students through their educational and professional choices.
• Strong Communication and Academic Advising skills to effectively interact with students and parents, and provide clear, transparent information.
• Experience in the field of Education and familiarity with undergraduate or MBBS programs abroad is highly valued.
• Ability to build rapport with diverse individuals and work in a collaborative environment.
• Bachelor's degree in Counseling, Education, or a related field; a postgraduate degree or certification in counseling is a plus.
• Proficiency in using MS Office Suite and CRM tools to maintain accurate records and reports.
• Highly organized, goal-oriented, and capable of meeting deadlines under pressure.
• Knowledge of the Russian education system or previous experience in overseas education consulting is an advantage.
