Job Title:Senior Academic Counselor IIM Certification Programs
Location:Gurgaon, Sector 44 (On-site)

Compensation:- Fixed Salary: Up to 40,000 per month

Experience Required:- Minimum 1 Year of Experience in EdTech as an Academic Counselor
- Must have hands-on experience selling IIM Certification / Executive Education Programs
- Experience with platforms like Emeritus, TimesPro, upGrad Executive, TalentSprint, Jaro, Great Learning (Exec), Simplilearn Exec, etc. preferred
Job Role & Responsibilities:- Counsel working professionals on IIM Executive & Certification Programs
- Handle high-ticket programs (1L+ fee range) through consultative selling
- Understand candidate profiles, career goals, and recommend suitable programs
- Conduct detailed phone/video counseling sessions with senior professionals
- Manage complete sales cycle: Lead Counseling Follow-up Closure
- Maintain high compliance and brand integrity while selling premium programs
- Update CRM regularly with accurate lead status and remarks
- Achieve monthly enrollment and revenue targets
- Coordinate with internal teams for onboarding and documentation
Key Skills & Competencies:- Strong experience in consultative / advisory selling
- Excellent verbal communication in English & Hindi
- Ability to interact confidently with working professionals & managers
- Strong follow-up and relationship management skills
- Target-driven and performance-oriented mindset
- Good understanding of ROI, career progression, and executive education ecosystem
- Familiarity with CRM systems is a plus
Mandatory Criteria:Minimum 1 year in EdTech counseling
Experience with IIM Certification / Executive Programs
Exposure to high-ticket sales (1L+)
Comfortable with on-site work in Gurgaon Sec 44

Candidates with only fresher/student course sales experience will not be considered.
