We are looking for a young, confident, and career-focused Academic Counselor from the EdTech industry who can guide students professionally and convert inquiries into enrollments. This role demands exceptional English communication skills (pro-level fluency) and strong counseling ability.

• 6 months to 2 years (MAX) of experience
• Mandatory: Prior experience in EdTech as an Academic Counselor / Academic Consultant / Education Counselor / Learning Consultant
• Job Stability is mandatory for experienced candidates (frequent job-hoppers will not be considered)
  

• Counsel prospective students via calls, chats, and emails
• Understand student requirements and recommend suitable courses/programs
• Handle inbound & outbound leads efficiently
• Maintain high-quality communication and follow-up standards
• Achieve enrollment targets and contribute to team growth
• Maintain accurate data and CRM updates

• Fluent & confident English communication (PRO LEVEL mandatory)
• Strong persuasion and counseling skills
• Sales-driven mindset with ethical counseling approach
• Ability to work in a fast-paced EdTech environment
• Target-oriented and disciplined professional attitude

Salary: Up to INR 30,000/month (In-Hand Fixed)
