Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Academic Counselor, located in Ghazipur. The Academic Counselor will guide and support students in making informed decisions regarding their academic and career paths. Daily tasks include conducting one-on-one counseling sessions, assisting in course selection, providing career advice, and addressing academic challenges. The Academic Counselor will also collaborate with parents, educators, and other stakeholders to create personalized strategies that foster student success.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Student Counseling and Career Counseling to guide and empower students
- Strong expertise in Academic Advising and Education to address educational challenges and provide tailored solutions
- Excellent Communication skills for effective interaction with students, parents, and educators
- Empathy, active listening, and the ability to build trust and rapport with students
- Relevant certifications or a degree in Education, Psychology, or a related field is a plus
- Prior experience in counseling or educational advisory roles is highly desirable
- Ability to work effectively in an on-site environment and demonstrate a proactive mindset
