Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Academic Counselor located in Kolkata. The Academic Counselor will provide personalized guidance to students, assist with academic advising, and support students in identifying and achieving their career goals. Responsibilities include counseling students on preparing for NEET, offering career-related advice, and facilitating a positive and motivational learning experience to drive student success.
Job Details and Requirements:-
Week off - Tuesday
Timings - 11AM to 8PM
Location - Central Avenue, near Central Metro Gate No - 4, Kolkata.
Experience - Minimum 1 year in any service sector. Freshers with Good communication can apply.
Salary - Upto 2.5 lpa
**MUST HAVE OWN LAPTOP
**MUST BE FLUENT IN LOCAL LANGUAGE
- Strong skills in Student Counseling and Career Counseling to guide students effectively.
- Exceptional Communication abilities to interact with students, parents, and stakeholders in a professional and empathetic manner.
- Experience in Academic Advising and Education, including knowledge of academic programs and learning strategies.
- Proven ability to build relationships and maintain a supportive and encouraging environment for students.
- Maintain daily talk time of 2.5 hours
- Prior experience in working with NEET aspirants or in the education sector is a significant advantage.
