1. Role Description – Study Abroad Academic Counselor

We are looking for a passionate and career-focused Study Abroad Academic Counselor to join our growing team. The ideal candidate should be able to guide students in choosing the right international education opportunities while maintaining strong communication and relationship-building skills.

2. Key Responsibilities

• Counsel students regarding study abroad opportunities and career pathways
• Understand student profiles and recommend suitable universities/programs
• Handle student inquiries through calls, messages, and direct meetings
• Build and maintain strong relationships with students and parents
• Follow up with leads and assist throughout the admission process
• Coordinate with the internal team to ensure smooth student onboarding
• Achieve monthly counseling and conversion targets

3. Qualifications & Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of experience in sales, counseling, or customer handling
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Strong interpersonal and client management abilities
• Ability to multitask and work in a target-driven environment
• Basic knowledge of the study abroad processes is an added advantage
• Immediate joiners preferred
• Location: Calicut
