Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Jodhpur for an Academic Counselor. The Academic Counselor will assist students by providing academic advising and career counseling, addressing their queries, and guiding their education and career paths. Day-to-day responsibilities include interacting with students and parents, offering insights into suitable courses and institutions, and maintaining accurate records of counseling sessions to track student progress and development.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Student Counseling and Career Counseling
• Strong skills in Academic Advising and Education
• Excellent Communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to build trust and rapport with students and parents
• Strong organizational and record-keeping abilities
• Bachelor's degree in Education, Psychology, or a related field (preferred)
• Previous experience working in an academic or counseling role is a plus
• Passion for supporting students and driving their success
