- Assist in data entry and maintaining accurate records of student progress
- Demonstrate proficiency in computer skills to utilize various software programs for academic planning
- Implement client relationship management (CRM) strategies to ensure positive interactions with students
- Collaborate with other team members to create personalized academic plans for students
- Continuously evaluate and improve counseling techniques to better serve the needs of our clients.
