Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Academic Counselor specializing in the hospitality domain, based in Rohini. As an Academic Counselor, you will assist students in exploring academic and career opportunities in the hospitality sector. Your daily tasks will include providing personalized student counseling sessions, guiding students in making informed educational choices, and offering career counseling to align their goals with suitable programs. Additionally, you will assist with academic planning and provide advice on course selection.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in Student Counseling and Academic Advising to effectively guide students in their learning and career paths.
• Excellent Communication skills to confidently interact with students and stakeholders.
• Proficiency in Career Counseling to help students identify and pursue opportunities in the hospitality industry.
• Knowledge of Education systems and academic planning to provide accurate and relevant advice to students.
• Empathy and the ability to build rapport with students, fostering a supportive and trust-based environment.
• Prior experience in the hospitality domain or working with educational institutions is preferred.
• Bachelor's degree in Counseling, Education, Hospitality, or a related field is desirable.
