Academic Counselor

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and student-focused Academic Counselor to guide students through their overseas education journey. The ideal candidate will provide expert advice on study destinations, university selection, admissions, visa processes, and career pathways while ensuring a high level of student satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

Counsel students on study abroad opportunities, including universities, courses, and destination countries.

Assess students academic profiles, interests, and career goals to recommend suitable programs.

Assist students throughout the admission and application process.

Provide guidance on visa requirements, scholarships, education loans, and financial planning.

Maintain up-to-date knowledge of international education systems, university requirements, and immigration policies.

Follow up with prospective students and maintain accurate records in the CRM system.

Coordinate with universities and internal teams to ensure smooth application processing.

Participate in educational fairs, seminars, webinars, and promotional activities.

Qualifications & Experience

Bachelor's Degree in any discipline.

Minimum 2 years of experience in Study Abroad Counseling or Overseas Education Consulting.

Strong knowledge of international admissions and visa procedures.

Excellent communication, counseling, and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work in a target-oriented environment.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM tools.
