About the Role:

As an Academic Counsellor Health Programs, you will guide prospective users by understanding their health concerns and recommending the most suitable HealthTick program. This role involves counseling, follow-ups, and helping users make informed decisions about enrolling in our weight loss programs.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Connect with users who sign up on the HealthTick app via audio calls and chat (rare video calls)
• Counsel users to understand their health goals, challenges, and lifestyle
• Explain HealthTick's health and weight loss programs in a clear, empathetic manner
• Convert qualified leads into program enrollments
• Make outbound calls to users who have shown interest and guide them through enrollment
• Follow up with prospective users and maintain a healthy sales pipeline

Requirements:

• Comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment
• Excellent communication, counselling, and closing skills
• Strong consultative selling mindset
• Highly empathetic, patient, and user-focused
• Fluent in Hindi and English (additional languages are a plus)
• Background in nutrition, healthcare, counselling, or wellness is a bonus
• Prior experience in health program sales, academic counselling, or wellness consulting is a plus
