Salary: 25,000 - 35,000/- per month (based on experience) + incentives
Earning Potential: 50,000 - 60,000 per month (easily achievable with incentives)
Work Days: 6 days a week
Weekly Off: 1 weekday off (Saturday & Sunday working is compulsory)
About the Role
Exclusive Closers is hiring Academic Counselors for one of our premium clients in the EdTech industry.
This is a 100% inbound sales role - no cold calling required. You will receive warm leads, counsel students and parents, and help them make informed academic decisions using a consultative sales approach.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound calls (Interaction Type: Give a demo session to students/parents and provide academic counseling)
- Understand learning needs and recommend suitable programs confidently.
- Follow a structured sales process to drive admissions and meet monthly targets.
- Maintain accurate lead and enrollment records in CRM.
- Deliver a high-quality, professional counseling experience.
- Collaborate with internal teams for smooth student onboarding.
- Work under targets and timelines while maintaining service excellence.
Who Should Apply
- Professionals with 6 months to 2 years of Sales / Counseling / Customer-facing experience.
- EdTech sales experience is mandatory.
