Job Role:
We are looking for highly motivated and enthusiastic individuals to join our sales and marketing team. The role involves generating leads, promoting educational services, closing sales, and actively participating in official meetings and training sessions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Promote and market educational services to prospective students and parents.
- Identify potential leads through various sources like social media, cold calling, and referrals.
- Follow up with leads and convert them into successful enrollments.
- Maintain proper records of daily work and report to the manager.
- Attend all official meetings, training sessions, and workshops conducted by the company.
- Build and maintain good relationships with clients and students.
Incentive Structure:
5,000 incentive per successful sale/enrollment.
(Additional rewards and recognition based on performance.)
Eligibility Criteria:
- Minimum qualification: 10+2 or pursuing graduation (any stream).
- Strong communication and convincing skills.
- Basic knowledge of social media marketing is an added advantage.
- Ability to work remotely with proper internet and communication tools.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and disciplined.
Additional Terms:
- On-Job Training (OJT) period: First month (no fixed salary).
- Only one paid leave is allowed during the OJT period.
- Attendance in all official meetings is compulsory.
