Location: Dwarka Mor, New Delhi (Work from Office)

We are a growing education consultancy helping students choose the right online & distance programs from top universities across India.
Roles & Responsibilities:
• Counsel students via calls, WhatsApp & walk-ins
• Understand student needs & suggest suitable programs (BBA, BCA, MBA, etc.)
• Handle inbound & outbound leads effectively
• Follow up and convert leads into admissions
• Maintain data & track daily performance
Eligibility Criteria:
• Minimum 6 months – 1 year experience in Academic Counseling / Telesales / BPO
• Strong communication & convincing skills
• Target-driven & result-oriented mindset
• Comfortable with Work from Office (Dwarka Mor)
Compensation:
• Fixed Salary: 15,000 – 22,000(in-hand)
• Performance Incentives: Up to 10,000/month
