Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Academic Counselor role based in Lucknow. Responsibilities include providing personalized career and academic counseling to students, understanding their educational needs and goals, and guiding them through the process of selecting suitable courses and institutions. The Academic Counselor will also offer guidance related to international study opportunities, communicate effectively with students and parents, and facilitate the application process for universities and other academic institutions.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Student Counseling and Career Counseling
- Strong Communication skills to interact effectively with students and parents
- Experience with Academic Advising and Education systems
- Knowledge of different universities and programs, including international options
- Empathy, active listening, and the ability to provide personalized guidance
- Bachelor's degree in Education, Counseling, or a related field is preferred
- Familiarity with global and domestic academic landscapes is an advantage
