Role Description

This is a remote (work-from-home), target-based role for an Academic Counselor.

Your primary responsibility is to connect with interested leads, guide them about our courses, and convert them into enrolled students.

Call and follow up with warm leads (no cold calling initially)

Understand student goals and recommend the right course

Explain course structure, career opportunities, and outcomes

Handle objections and build trust with students/parents

Convert leads into paid admissions

Maintain follow-up records and pipeline

This role is ideal for someone who is confident in communication and driven by results.

Qualifications

Strong communication and convincing skills

Experience in telecalling / sales / academic counseling

Ability to handle objections and close admissions

Self-disciplined and target-driven (since it's WFH)
