Role Description
This is a full-time remote position for an Academic Counselor specializing in B2C sales. The Academic Counselor will work closely with students and their families to provide academic and career counseling, assist with educational planning, and recommend tailored solutions to support their goals. Responsibilities include conducting consultations, identifying individual needs, offering expert advice, and maintaining strong communication to foster trust and long-lasting relationships.

- Proficiency in Student Counseling and Career Counseling
- Strong Communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience in Academic Advising and Education
- Empathy, active listening, and the ability to connect with a diverse range of students
- Bachelor's degree in Education, Counseling, or a related field
- Background in B2C sales or a customer-focused role is a plus
- Self-motivated and capable of managing tasks in a remote work environment
