Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Academic Counselor role based in Noida. The Academic Counselor will be responsible for guiding students in choosing appropriate education and career paths, providing personalized academic counseling, and supporting students in building their skills for job readiness. Daily responsibilities include addressing student queries, organizing workshops, maintaining progress records, and collaborating with the training and development team to ensure student success. The counselor will also assist with providing resources for career planning and goal setting while fostering a positive and supportive environment.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Student Counseling and Career Counseling to guide students effectively in making informed decisions.
• Strong Communication and interpersonal skills to interact with students, parents, and the training team professionally and empathetically.
• Experience in Academic Advising and Education to align students learning goals with career aspirations.
• Ability to manage time effectively, with attention to detail and organizational skills to track and support student progress.
• Knowledge of current industry trends and job market requirements is a plus.
• Minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Education, Psychology, or a related field is required.
• Previous experience in academic or career counseling will be an advantage.
