Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Academic Counselor, located in Noida. The Academic Counselor will engage with students to provide guidance and support, helping them select suitable courses and career paths. Responsibilities include conducting career counseling sessions, advising on academic growth, and addressing individual needs to ensure effective learning experiences for students. The counselor will also collaborate with the training and development teams to create customized plans for student success.

Qualifications

• Expertise in Student Counseling and Career Counseling to support students in achieving their academic and professional goals
• Strong Communication skills to effectively interact with students, parents, and colleagues
• Experience in Academic Advising and Education to provide relevant and accurate information to students
• Keen understanding of student needs and ability to recognize and encourage individual strengths
• A bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Education, Psychology, or Counseling
• Knowledge of current trends in education, career planning, and job market requirements
• Proven ability to work efficiently as part of a team in an educational environment
