Job Summary

We are hiring a Digital Marketing Counselor with experience in student counseling, preferably at a digital marketing institute. The role involves engaging with leads, guiding them on course options, and converting them into admissions.

Responsibilities

Handle outbound calls, WhatsApp, and email inquiries

Counsel students on digital marketing programs

Follow up and convert leads to admissions

Maintain inquiry records and coordinate onboarding

Requirements

Minimum 1 year of counseling/tele-counseling experience

Strong communication and persuasive skills

Basic knowledge of digital marketing courses

Target-oriented and proactive
