Academic Counsellor

Description

The Academic Counsellor will be responsible for guiding and supporting students in their IT course training, helping them to navigate their educational options and achieve their goals.

Responsibilities

• Provide academic guidance and support to students in their educational journey.
• Assist students in selecting appropriate courses and academic programs.
• Monitor and evaluate student progress, providing feedback and resources as needed.
• Maintain accurate records of student interactions.

Skills and Qualifications

• Excellent communication skill
• 1-3 years of experience in academic counselling or a tele sales role.
• Target handling person
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to assess student needs and provide tailored support.
• Familiarity with educational systems and IT programs.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
• Most preferable for Female candidates only
