Academic Counsellor

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct cold calling to prospective students and parents
• .Handle inbound and outbound calls to counsel students for JEE/NEET programs
• .Provide accurate information about courses, fees, and academic offerings
• .Manage the end-to-end sales cycle, from lead generation to sales conversion
• .Achieve weekly and monthly sales targets
• .Maintain proper documentation of leads, follow-ups, and conversions
• .Prepare and share daily/weekly reports with the Team Leader
• .Follow up with prospective leads to maximize admissions
• .Assist students in making informed academic and career decisions
