• CTC: Up to 7.5 LPA Fixed + 4 LPA Incentives

2. Senior Admission Counsellor – Noida

• CTC: Up to 11 LPA Fixed + 4 LPA Incentives

Key Skills & Requirements

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• 2+ years of relevant EdTech Sales experience mandatory for Academic Counsellor
• Strong sales, counselling, lead-conversion, and follow-up skills
• Ability to achieve and consistently meet sales/admission targets
• Strong objection handling and negotiation skills
• Good relationship-building and student counselling abilities
• Career stability with consistent tenure in previous organizations
• Comfortable working in a target-driven environment

Key Responsibilities

• Counsel prospective students and understand their educational and career requirements.
• Explain relevant courses/programs and guide students through the admission process.
• Manage leads through calls, follow-ups, and consultations.
• Convert qualified leads into admissions and achieve assigned targets.
• Handle student queries, objections, and concerns effectively.
• Maintain regular follow-ups and manage the complete counseling-to-admission cycle.
• Update and maintain accurate lead/customer information in the CRM.
• Build strong relationships with prospective students and ensure a smooth admission experience.

Preferred Profile: Candidates with strong EdTech sales experience, excellent communication skills, proven conversion ability, and stable career history.
