Job Description:
We are looking for an Academic Counsellor for our Trading Institute who can counsel students interested in stock market, forex, and trading courses and convert leads into enrollments. The role requires a sales-oriented mindset and excellent communication skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Counsel prospective students about trading courses (Stock Market, Forex, Crypto, Options, etc.)
- Convert inquiries and leads into paid enrollments
- Handle leads through calls, WhatsApp, emails, and walk-ins
- Explain course structure, fees, and career opportunities in trading
- Regular follow-ups with interested candidates
- Maintain accurate lead and admission records in CRM
- Achieve monthly enrollment and revenue targets
Eligibility Criteria:
- Graduate in any discipline
- 02 years of experience in academic counselling, sales, or tele-counseling
- Experience in trading/finance education sales is an advantage
- Strong convincing and negotiation skills
- Basic computer and CRM knowledge
Skills Required:
- Lead conversion and closing skills
- Interest or basic knowledge of trading and financial markets
