ABOUT THE COMPANY

World Passport is seeking an experienced and student-focused Study Abroad Consultant to guide aspiring international students through their overseas education journey. The ideal candidate must have prior experience in a Study Abroad Consultancy and possess strong knowledge of international admissions, university applications, visa processes, and student counselling. World Passport provides guidance and support for students pursuing higher education abroad, including university selection, admissions assistance, visa guidance, and pre-departure support.

MANDATORY REQUIREMENT

Candidates must have prior experience in a Study Abroad / Overseas Education Consultancy.

Applications from freshers or candidates without study abroad counselling experience will not be considered.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Counsel students and parents regarding overseas education opportunities.
• Assess student profiles and recommend suitable countries, universities, and programs.
• Guide students through the complete admission process from enquiry to enrolment.
• Assist with university applications, offer letters, and admission documentation.
• Provide accurate guidance on student visa requirements and processes.
• Follow up with prospective students and convert leads into successful admissions.
• Maintain strong relationships with students throughout the application and visa journey.
• Coordinate with university representatives and international partners when required.
• Keep updated on admission requirements, visa regulations, scholarships, and study destinations.
• Achieve monthly admission and conversion targets.

CANDIDATE PROFILE

• 1–6 years of experience in Study Abroad Counselling or Overseas Education Consulting.
• Proven experience in student counselling and lead conversion.
• Strong understanding of international admissions and visa procedures.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to build trust and maintain long-term student relationships.
• Target-oriented with a strong customer-service mindset.
• Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office applications.
