- Understand student profiles, academic background, and career goals to recommend suitable programs and destinations.
- Guide students through the complete admission process, including applications, documentation, SOP, LOR, and interview preparation.
- Provide accurate information about universities, courses, fees, scholarships, and visa procedures.
- Maintain regular follow-ups with prospective students and convert leads into enrollments.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with students, parents, and partner institutions.
- Maintain proper records of counselling sessions, student data, and application status in CRM systems.
