Job Description (For Academic Counsellor Role)

* Make 100–120 warm calls/day (Not Cold Calls, But Warm Calls)

* Daily: 5 prospects, each with 20–25 min calls

* Monthly Targets - 6-20 Lakhs

* Handsome Uncapped Incentives

* Follow-ups via email & WhatsApp & System Generated Phone Number via our CRM (Auto Dialer) - but you might have to follow up via your number via WhatsApp - we expect you to buy a seperate number for official use, if you are not ready to use your personal number

* Identify and qualify potential customers through provided leads and various digital sources.

* Virtual meetings with decision-makers

* CRM updates & team coordination

* Use a consultative approach and follow up extensively to drive conversions.

* Accurately document interactions and status updates in the CRM system.

* Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a smooth admissions experience

Work Details :

Hours: 11 AM – 7 PM (Mon-Fri)

Off: Sat & Sun | No leaves for first 90 days, then 2/month

Salary Date: 3rd/4th of each month
