We are looking for an experienced Academic Counsellor to join our team at Amity International School, Gurgaon. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in providing academic guidance and support to students, helping them navigate their educational paths effectively.

Responsibilities

• Provide academic guidance and counseling to students regarding course selection and career options.
• Assist students in resolving academic issues and challenges they may encounter.
• Develop and implement academic improvement plans for students in need of support.
• Organize workshops and seminars on study skills, time management, and exam preparation.
• Maintain accurate records of student interactions and academic progress.

Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Education, Psychology, or a related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in academic counseling or a similar role.
• Strong understanding of the education system and curriculum.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work with diverse student populations and understand their unique needs.
