Academic Counsellor / Admission Officer Inside Sales

Key Responsibilities:

Counsel students/parents on NEET, JEE & Foundation courses
Handle walk-ins, calls, and digital leads
Convert inquiries into confirmed admissions
Meet monthly admission and revenue targets
Maintain CRM data and ensure timely follow-ups

Requirements:

Graduate/Postgraduate
15 years experience in academic counselling/inside sales
Strong communication skills (English; Kannada preferred)
Target-driven with good interpersonal skills
