Role Description The Academic Counsellor is a full-time, on-site role based in Bhopal. The individual in this role will guide prospective and current learners in selecting appropriate training programs, based on their academic background, interests, and career goals.

Experience

• Minimum 1.5 years of experience in the academic counselling field.

Qualifications

• Graduation in the relevant field.
• Ability to provide effective Student Counseling and Academic Advising to diverse learners.
• Strong Communication skills, including clear spoken and written interaction with students, families, and institutional stakeholders.
• Experience or interest in Career Counseling, helping learners understand industry trends and job pathways.
• Comfort working with digital tools and CRM or student management systems.
• Prior experience in academic counseling, training institutes, or education services is an advantage.
