This is a full-time on-site role for an Academic Counsellor at our Kochi campus. The Academic Counsellor will be responsible for guiding prospective and current students on academic programs, career options, and professional pathways. Key responsibilities include providing personalized academic advising, assisting students with curriculum decisions, and organizing workshops or seminars to support career development. Additional responsibilities may include contributing to student orientation activities and collaborating with faculty to ensure students educational success.

• Expertise in Student Counseling and Career Counseling
• Strong Communication and Academic Advising skills
• Familiarity with the Education sector and practices in career planning
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to connect with a diverse student group
• Bachelor's degree in Education, Counseling, Psychology, or a related field; advanced degrees are advantageous
• Understanding of logistics and supply chain management education is a plus
