Lemniscate Growth, is seeking an experienced Academic Counsellor based in Hyderabad to support prospective students interested in pursuing a medical career in the United States. This role involves direct interaction with student leads generated through marketing campaigns and partner channels. The counsellor will work closely with the marketing and admissions teams to guide students through their decision-making process with clarity and accuracy.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Contact and follow up with prospective student leads through calls, emails, and scheduled meetings.
- Understand each student's academic background, career goals, and concerns related to studying medicine abroad.
- Coordinate with the marketing team to ensure timely engagement and effective lead handling.
- Maintain accurate records of student interactions, follow-ups, and progress.
- Guide students through application steps, documentation requirements, and timelines.
- Address questions related to eligibility, curriculum structure, clinical training, and residency preparation.
- Build trust with students and parents through clear communication and consistent follow-up.
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in academic counselling or admissions in medical background.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a structured, in-person environment in Hyderabad.
- Comfort working with student data and lead management processes.
