We are currently hiring experienced Academic Counsellors for our Malayalam Sales Team.
Role Overview
The Academic Counsellor will be responsible for counselling prospective learners, understanding their career goals, recommending suitable courses, and converting leads into enrollments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Counsel and guide students for courses in:
- Digital Marketing, Stock Market / Stock Trading, Language Learning (Spoken English, German), Competitive Exams (Banking, KPSC)
- Understand learners career aspirations and recommend appropriate courses.
- Clearly explain course structure, features, benefits, and career outcomes.
- Convert leads into enrollments through effective follow-ups and counselling.
- Achieve assigned monthly enrollment and revenue targets.
- Maintain accurate records of counselling sessions, follow-ups, and admissions using CRM tools.
Desired Candidate Profile:
- Graduate from any discipline.
- 15 years of proven experience in Academic Counselling / EdTech / Course Sales (mandatory).
- Prior experience in selling Digital Marketing, Stock Market, Language Learning, or Competitive Exam courses is required.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Fluency in Malayalam (mandatory) with basic English proficiency.
- Kerala-based candidates preferred.
- Only candidates with prior EdTech or course sales experience will be considered.
