CTC: Up to 3.6 (based on experience & interview performance)
Role Overview
We are looking for a result-driven Senior Academic Counsellor to guide learners, understand their career goals, and drive enrollments through consultative selling.
Key Responsibilities
-Counsel students & convert leads into enrollments
-Handle 50–70 daily student interactions (calls & follow-ups)
-Manage lead pipeline & re-engage inactive prospects
-Maintain CRM accuracy & track conversions
-Achieve sales targets & improve conversion rates
KPIs & Success Metrics
-Conversion rate & revenue generation
-Call productivity & follow-up completion
-CRM accuracy & lead engagement quality
Who Can Apply
-1-3 years in Academic Counselling / B2C Sales / Inside Sales
-Strong English & Hindi communication
-Excellent persuasion & objection-handling skills
-Experience in EdTech or professional courses preferred
