Academic Counsellor

Key Responsibilities

• Counsel students and parents regarding available courses and career opportunities.
• Handle inbound and outbound calls to generate admissions.
• Understand student requirements and recommend suitable programs.
• Follow up with prospective students until admission closure.
• Achieve monthly admission and revenue targets.
• Maintain accurate records of leads and update CRM regularly.
• Coordinate with the admissions and operations teams for a smooth enrollment process.
• Build strong relationships with students by providing excellent customer support.

Preferred Candidate Profile

• Graduate in any discipline.
• Freshers with excellent communication skills are welcome to apply.
• Experience in Academic Counselling, Admissions, Inside Sales, Telecalling, or EdTech is preferred.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and convincing skills.
• Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM tools is an advantage.
• Ability to work in a target-based environment.
