Job Description
WE'RE HIRING | ACADEMIC COUNSELLOR – INSIDE SALES
Infinity Learn by Sri Chaitanya is hiring passionate and target-driven professionals for our Bangalore & Hyderabad locations!
Locations: Bangalore | Hyderabad
Work Mode: Work From Office
Working Days: Tuesday to Sunday
Week Off: Monday
Timings: 11:00 AM – 9:00 / 9:30 PM
What You'll Do
• Connect with prospective students and parents through outbound calls
• Understand their academic requirements and counsel them on suitable programs
• Book and coordinate online demo sessions
• Conduct live demo sessions with parents and students
• Handle queries and objections effectively
• Follow up with interested leads and drive enrolments
• Achieve individual and team sales targets
• Maintain CRM/sales records and contribute towards revenue growth
The role involves regular outbound calling, counselling, demo booking, follow-ups and sales conversions.
Who Can Apply
• Graduation is mandatory
• Freshers with strong communication skills and a genuine interest in sales can apply
• Experience in Inside Sales / Telesales / EdTech Sales is an added advantage
• Strong communication, convincing, counselling and negotiation skills
• Target-driven and comfortable with outbound calling
• Personal functional laptop is mandatory
Training & Growth
1 Month Training Program:
1 Week CRT – Product knowledge, demo conduction & calling pitch
3 Weeks OJT – Practical exposure & performance tracking
Performance will be evaluated on talk time, demo bookings and demo conductions, and at least 1 sale is mandatory to clear the training period.
